Turkey Meatballs
1lb. Extra Lean Ground Turkey (preferably Jennie-O)
3 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
1/4 cup onion (Finely choppped) Keeps meat moist
1/4 cup Parsley (Chopped)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp Oregano
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
Combine all ingredients in bowl and form balls.
Brown light butter with Olive oil in pan; Cook 5-6 minutes or until brown. Cook on Med/High heat.
