Chick-fil-A in the healthiest way- Chicken nuggets

I have a confession... We love chick-fil-A.  Like... it's hard for us to walk through the mall without swinging in for some amazing chicken nuggets and now chick-fil-A uses hormone free chicken... Temptation is out of control! I found this copycat recipe online and decided to give it the ol' Natural Momma twist!

Insert dramatic pause...

My. Family. Loved. Them.

Did I mention my husband is thee pickiest eater I have ever met?! He is picky and brutally honest if he does not like something... I love and hate that about him. ;) This recipe was a hit and my husband affirmed... They taste JUST like chick-fil-A!! Yep... A must try!!

Easy Homemade NATURAL Mini Corn Dogs!!

Um.................... YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
These are going to be the easiest corn dogs you have EVER made and by far the HEALTHIEST! Never, ever, ever buy corn dogs.... again!

1C Coconut Oil
(Does not need to be virgin, organic, expeller pressed, etc...  that would get too expensive. This is for the deep frying and coconut is better than vegetable, etc.)
1 regular sized package Turkey Selects with no added crap or all beef hot dogs
1/2 C Organic unbleached flour
1/2 C corn meal (watch for additives)
2 TBSP Organic raw cane sugar or stevia
2 tsp baking powder
Pink Himalayan sea salt and pepper to taste
1/2 C unsweetened almond milk or organic whole milk
1 large cage free brown egg

Heat oil in large skillet or dutch oven. Cut hot dogs in half or leave whole if you're brave. Place stick in each. (I attempted the stick, but skillet was not large enough. No stick worked great too!) Combine dry ingredients, then add wet. Cover hot dog with mixture and immediately place in hot oil. A few at a time is fine. Place in oil and turn within in a few seconds to keep nice form. Rotate and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Remove and place on paper towel.

Simple Changes. Lasting Health. :)
